As additional searches are undertaken, Mohr Research builds on this understanding of your enterprise.

  • We work closely with your hiring team to understand the requirements of the position that will be the focus of our search. Questions we seek answers to include: What business and engineering objectives most influence the position? What are you expecting this hire to accomplish? What technical skills are required?   • To ensure that we have a shared understanding of the search objectives, we deliver a confidential Search Plan summarizing Mohr Research's understanding of your organization, the position(s) that will be the focus of our search efforts, and the timeline for completing the assignment. We also develop separate Company Overview and Position Description documents for use in communicating with prospective candidates.

  • Upon completion of the assignment, we request that you complete a survey on your level of satisfaction with our search services. After four to six months, we follow-up a second time seeking a candid assessment of the placement’s performance at your company. This feedback is our most important tool for gauging the quality of our services.
