Service Models
- Retained Search
  Under our retained service model, we design and execute a customized search and stay vigorously dedicated to your assignment from start to finish. Our approach to a retained search is fully described in the Our Search Process page accesible at left. We charge a nominal up-front fee which is subtracted from the final placement fee.
  Contingency Search
  Mohr Research also offers contingency search services for companies that want to access the highly skilled engineers we know to be interested in exploring new job opportunities. Our contingency fees are only due after a Mohr Research candidate has been successfully placed in your company.
